Claire
Carroll started acting in the late 1990's and, after successfully
completing a post-graduate course at Drama School London, she joined
the profession in 1999. She has had a variety of roles in TV, film
and theatre. She played Margo Leadbetter in the BBC 'mocumentary', "Margo
- Beyond the Box" and news reporter Carol Muncer in the British
feature film "24 Hours in London", for One World Films.
Theatre
roles include Mary Smith in a Middle/Far East tour of Ray Cooney’s ‘Caught in the Net’; Councillor
Mrs Pearce in Alan Ayckbourn's "Confusions"; a Greek
translation of Beckett's "Come and Go"; Faith, the PM's
wife in "Charlie Sexboots" both at the Man in the Moon
and Stratford Circus; Maria in "Twelfth Night" at the
Piccadilly Theatre; Anna Weiss in "Anna Weiss" at the
Capitol Theatre, Manchester; Cataplasma in The Atheist’s
Tragedy, Climene in "The Critique" and Korobochka in "Chichikov
and the Big Nosed Devil", all at the White Bear.
Claire frequently
performs in corporate projects and murder mysteries and her skills
include fluent Greek, lacrosse and horticulture.
